  • Comprehensive Director of Operations / COO-level support to cover all aspects of business needs and act as a long-term fractional partner on a retainer basis.

    ST³ offers both in-person support to agents in New York City and the surrounding suburbs, as well as remote support.

  • A targeted offering designed to help real estate agents accomplish specific business goals or address immediate operational, marketing, or personnel needs without long-term expense or commitment.

    This package includes:

    • The flexibility to focus on what you need help with during a defined period of time

    • Business evaluation and a customized action plan with clear steps to achieve your objective

    • Hands-on support to implement and execute

    Perfect for agents who need support with projects like designing new systems, developing marketing plans, goal setting, optimizing sphere outreach strategies, or other focused business improvements. After completion of the Accelerated Program, many agents continue working with ST³ on an hourly basis.

  • An hourly option for agents who need an extra pair of experienced hands to complete tasks or are looking for occasional personalized coaching without a longterm commitment. Some agents also continue working with ST³ Consulting on an hourly basis following the Accelerated or Full Service Programs.

  • Comprehensive hiring support from start to finish. ST³ handles job description creation, multi-platform posting, applicant screening, and interview coordination to deliver only the most qualified candidates. Once selected, ST³ manages offer negotiations, employment agreements, and a structured 3-week onboarding program. Optional ongoing management or check-in services are available to ensure long-term success.
